Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen

"Coaching gave me the space to think differently—and that changed everything."

I didn't always know I wanted to become a Coaching Psychologist. But I've always been drawn to the moments when people pause, reflect, and move forward in a new way.

During my studies in Applied Psychology, I discovered Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and something clicked. It wasn't just theory. It was real. Practical. Human. I remember thinking:
"Why don't more people know about this?"

From that moment, I knew I wanted to support others to explore what was possible for them, not through advice or quick fixes but through thoughtful, grounded conversations that help people feel more like themselves again.
My coaching style is warm, respectful, and gently challenging.
I combine psychological insight with real-life practicality, drawing on approaches like:
  • ACT-based coaching
  • Mindfulness
  • Values-based goal setting
  • Positive psychology

I believe in asking good questions, making space to think clearly, and supporting you to take action that feels right for you.

My role is not to tell you what to do but to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your direction, confidence, and energy.

Who I work with

I work with people who want to take the next step but aren't quite sure what that looks like yet.

That might mean:
Re-evaluating career goals or direction
Rebuilding confidence after a period of change
Working through self-doubt, overthinking or feeling stuck
Creating space for reflection and personal growth
Building clarity in life's in-between moments

You don't need a perfect plan or a fixed destination. You just need to be open to exploring what's possible.

When I'm not coaching, you'll probably find me with my family, walking by the water or up a hill, or creating new resources to share with coachees' (I love a practical tool!)
